First Pre-ID Window

The first Pre-ID window is October 28 – November 11, 2020. LACs must begin uploading pre-ID files to the HSA Portal for the January administration as soon as possible. When creating the pre-ID file, please be sure to use the updated CSV template available through the HSA Portal and also provided on the MD Help and Support site: https://maryland.onlinehelp.cognia.org/guides/

  • Remember: The enrollments loaded during this Pre-ID window will automatically order your administration manuals and paper test materials. For any enrollments loaded after this time, you will need to order materials through the Additional Materials application.
