The January 2020 online administration is closed. Please make sure to send back any paper ancillary materials that were used. In the HSA Portal, you do not need to remove students who did not test or stop the session. An extract of ALL students (tested or not) will be provided to Cognia. PLEASE NOTE: In preparation for the next administration all data (student data, class data, test session data) will be deleted from the system. Please pull any ancillary reports that you may want before February 12th.
The first Pre-ID window for the May 2020 Administration is February 18 – March 6, 2020. LACs must upload pre-ID files to the HSA Portal during this window. When creating the pre-ID file, please be sure to use the updated CSV template available through the HSA Portal and also provided on the MD Help and Support site (https://maryland.onlinehelp.measuredprogress.org/guides/).
The 2018-19 January and May HS MISA reports have been shared with schools and each LSS. One hard copy of ISRs will be shipped to each LSS and the LEA 24 schools on January 7, 2020. All HS MISA reports can be accessed online using the Maryland Analysis and Reporting System (MARS). LAC and School Memos have been shared by the MSDE with each LAC and LEA 24 school administrator containing usernames and passwords as well as instructions for accessing the site.
Additional HSA Training Modules have been added to the Help and Support site: https://maryland.onlinehelp.cognia.org/training/. Modules were recently added for transferring students within an LSS and transferring students from one LSS to another.
