Our annual in-person trainings for the MCAP High School assessments will be on the following dates:
Participants must register for these in-person events at the following site: https://iregister.measuredprogress.org/client. Once on the site, you will need to select 'Maryland HSA' from the drop down and then select the LAC or LEA-24 event in order to complete the registration. Registering for the event ahead of time will allow us to order food for the event. This will also automatically sign you up for reminders for the upcoming meetings.
Technology Coordinators must register for the Technical Training webinar at the following link: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/1912581086815444749. After registering, participants will receive a personalized meeting link via email as well as reminders for the upcoming meeting.
The practice test site is currently closed and will open on October 14, 2019.
Measured Progress has merged with AdvancED. The new company is now known as Cognia. This change will have minimal impact to the American Government and HS MISA administrations. The Help & Support site URL and Helpdesk email address will be updated soon. The old links will continue to work throughout the 2019-2020 year.
MSDE has updated their COMAR policy document (updated on 10/25/18). This updated document has been posted to the Maryland Help & Support Guides page under the Policy Documents button (https://maryland.onlinehelp.cognia.org/guides/).
MSDE and Cognia are monitoring calls and emails to the Help Desk to assure responses are accurate and timely. Please continue to encourage that your STCs utilize this valuable resource.
Please visit the Maryland Help & Support site (https://maryland.onlinehelp.cognia.org/) to view all help guides, manuals, and other helpful information regarding the Maryland HSA.
Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.
