Registration is required prior to the webinar. After registering, participants will receive a personalized meeting link via email as well as reminders for the upcoming meetings
There will be 2 Pre-ID windows for the January 2022 Government and Science administrations. The first Pre-ID window will open on November 1, 2021, and close on November 12, 2021. The second Pre-ID window will open on December 9, 2021, and close on December 16, 2021.
*Please note that the HSA Portal will be cleared of Early Fall HS MISA test data during the week of October 25th, 2021, in preparation for the first pre-ID window (November 1 – 12th).
The January 2022 Test Coordinator Manual, HS Government Test Administrator Manual and Life Science MISA Test Administrator Manual have all been posted to the Maryland Help and Support Site on the Guides / MSDE Manuals tab https://maryland.onlinehelp.cognia.org/guides/.
The Online Testing Window will close on Friday, October 22nd. Please ensure all tests are completed and/or invalidated, as necessary, by this date.
The standard pickup window closed on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Late pickups may still be scheduled on or before Friday, October 22, 2021. All test materials, including ancillary materials for online students, must be picked up by this date. Shipments scheduled for pickup after October 22, 2021, will be paid for by the school/LSS.
You may submit requests within the HSA Portal to have UPS pick up any paper test materials that need to be returned. School Test Coordinators (STC) are expected to enter the In-person and/or Remote testing schedules for Early Fall 2021 HS MISA on https://itempra.org/schedule. Schedules should be updated as changes occur due to weather or other events.
MSDE and Cognia are monitoring calls and emails to the Help Desk to assure responses are accurate and timely. Please continue to encourage that your STCs utilize this valuable resource.
