There will be 2 Pre-ID windows for the January 2022 Government and Science administrations. The first Pre-ID window will open on November 1, 2021, and close on November 12, 2021. The second Pre-ID window will open on December 9, 2021, and close on December 16, 2021.
The Paper Testing Window closes on Friday, October 15th and the Online Testing Window will close on Friday, October 22nd . Please ensure all tests are completed by these dates.
The last day to order additional materials was Wednesday, October 13th . You may still print Test Administrator Manuals and Test Coordinator Manuals from the HSA Help & Support Site https://maryland.onlinehelp.cognia.org/guides/.
You are now able to submit requests within the HSA Portal to have UPS pick up any paper test materials that need to be returned. The standard UPS pick up window closes on October 19, 2021, with a late pick up period ending on October 22, 2021. All test materials, including ancillary materials for online students, must be picked up by October 22, 2021. Shipments scheduled for pickup after October 22, 2021, will be paid for by the school/LSS.
Tests are available for scheduling in the HSA Portal. As a reminder, there are brief tutorials on the Help and Support site about creating classes and test sessions: https://maryland.onlinehelp.cognia.org/training/.
School Test Coordinators (STC) are expected to enter the In-person and/or Remote testing schedules for Early Fall 2021 HS MISA on https://itempra.org/schedule. Schedules should be updated as changes occur due to weather or other events.
MSDE and Cognia are monitoring calls and emails to the Help Desk to assure responses are accurate and timely. Please continue to encourage that your STCs utilize this valuable resource.
